Job Opportunity: Site Manager (Full-Time)

Hanco Projects Pty Ltd is a registered building company in Perth specializing in high-quality external cladding (FC cladding) and internal lining (plasterboard) for both residential and commercial sectors.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to join our team for a major retirement village project(over 100 houses) in Mandurah.

 

Key Role Details

  • Location: Mandurah, WA (Initial site, with potential to move to other project sites).

  • Duration: Approximately 2–3 years for the current project, with ongoing opportunities thereafter.

  • Employment Type: Full-time.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Site Management: Overseeing on-site material delivery, stock checks, and quality control for external/ internal lining.

  • Procurement: Managing material orders and ensuring timely arrival to meet deadlines.

  • Estimation: Performing accurate take-offs, quantity surveying, and assisting with quotes.

  • Scheduling: Developing and managing work schedules for trades and subcontractors.

Requirements

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential. Experience with AutoCAD is highly regarded.

  • Communication: Fluent English is required for effective coordination with site managers and teams.

  • Visa Status: Must hold a valid visa with full working rights in Australia.

  • Attributes: Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
